My name is Janet Auty-Carlisle and my company is Living la Vida Fearless Coaching Services. I work with people whose lives have been touched by abuse. It's big, it's scary (kind of like an elephant) and yes, I am qualified. To read more about my elephant training go to www.tobeyourbest.net, that's my home page. So, the promo. I have committed to entering certification within two months. I want to continue to fill my practise and am seeking 6 people who want to train their elephants. My fee is $200 per month. If you, or someone you know, wants to learn some elephant training techniques then contact me at fearlesslivingrogers.com. For those of you who ask, and I hear it often and that's great, I can do this work because I have lived this work. I currently coach some staff at a local shelter and I have coached people in the past with abuse issues with much success. First tip for training an elephant? Don't let him/her stay in your space.... I went out last week with my two sisters, my mom and a woman who is like our sister to all of us. We were taking the time to spend Mother's Day together and enjoy the company. All of us have other families and other obligations and it just gets really hard to organize a special event day where all of us can be there....So, this was perfect. One of my sisters teaches music at an elementary school. We were talking about what kids can do for Mother's Day(and other days too) to be kind. The word "chores" was tossed around when suggesting ways people could help one another and then my teacher sister said, very quietly, "I prefer to call them quiet kindnesses that fill your heart." Hmmmmm...quiet kindnesses that fill your heart: how empowering, how easy to do, how cool was that? I immediately took to the idea and began thinking of all kinds of ways a person could perform a quiet kindness to fill their heart..It's so easy and so simple and such a good idea. Takes all the pressure off of performing for somebody and just begin "being" .....I have a pretty smart sister, actually I have two pretty smart sisters, but only one mentioned the quiet kindnesses.....Gotta run I'm off to see how I can help, in my own quiet way. What about you? Thoughts? Living la vida fearless, Jan
