It's really out there now
Well a really cool thing happened today. I met somebody who is going to put my story on the front page of our local paper so today was photo shoot day:shoes at the ready. I say it's cool because this means the charity, Lakeshore Corridor Community Team, will get lots more exposure. The editor is also mentioning in the article that I want sponsorship for this walk to the tune of 25000.00 which is what Lakeshore Corridor needs to stay open. So we met at the lighthouse and the executive director and I linked arms and did a little walk across the bridge. The article comes out tomorrow. After the photo shoot I did my full 7 km. It's a lovely spring day and I walked to a different trail today along the water. The wind is really strong and it feels warm. I really enjoyed listening to the birds and the wind in the trees and the crashing of the waves: it's very calming. I have also started a list of intentions of things that I want to create in my life and I ponder it while I'm walking. This is becoming a very zen experience for me...Thanks for listening. Living la vida fearless, Jan
