Well it's a week later and I've only done 15 km all week. AAAHHH....I've been studying for my "exam" all week and am now in the midst of writing it, closed book, so the fitness it taking a back seat. I notice when I don't get out and walk though that my thoughts are not as clear and I don't feel as good so I can see that it's important to take the time to get out....So, I am now at 320 km....Living la vida fearless, Jan
